Training at No Limit Pro Karate is at your own risk. By training at No Limit Pro Karate you agree that No Limit Pro Karate is not liable for any injuries or death resulting directly or indirectly from the training at No Limit Pro Karate. Medical Insurance is recommended.

Full Liability Release

I hereby release No Limit Pro Karate, their instructors, staff, students, agents, Lessors, lessees, guests, from any and all liability resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the martial arts training and it’s activities.

I understand that martial arts involves bodily contact and the risk of injuries, spread of illness such as COVID-19, and/or death are high.

I agree to hold harmless No Limit Pro Karate for any action I take in regards to the techniques learned and assume full responsibility for my actions at all times.

I understand that the exercises and participation in these events is physically strenuous and affirm that I am in good health and able to participate. I assume all risk.

I understand any care given to me where it is needed is of First Aid type only and is no substitution for professional medical care. I assume all and any financial cost accrued from any medical care given while training in martial arts.

I affirm that any and all allergies and medical conditions have been disclosed.

I understand that any photos or videos taken are the property of No Limit Pro Karate and can be used for media purposes and without compensation to me.
